The Baltimore Bridge program is an affordable health insurance plan from Kaiser Permanente for low income uninsured individuals who have no access to health care coverage and are not eligible for any public or private health insurance coverage.

Bridge was designed to assist people who are facing short-term problems accessing health coverage, therefore membership at subsidized rates is limited to a once in a lifetime, three year maximum period. As the Bridge community partner, HealthCare Access Maryland processes eligibility for the program.
