Referral Coordinator (Homeless Services)
Facilitate trainings for the various community partner agencies related to the Eviction Prevention Rapid Rehousing (EPRR) application process and requirements.
Communicate with community partners about financial assistance applicant and requirements.
Evaluate eligibility and track paperwork associated with financial assistance to clients.
Process referrals Data entry and accessing data into/from several databases, including but not limited to ECW, EREQ, etc.
· Compile & pull reports as requested
Greet clients coming to the office and direct them to appropriate outreach advocate.
Track health insurance applications that were submitted by outreach advocates for approval.
Collaborate & communicate effectively to work with other team members to provide quality services for vulnerable consumers.
Provide administrative support to HS staff, as needed.
Preferred degree from an accredited college or university, but not required
2-4 years’ experience working in an administrative support capacity that involved interaction with multiple agencies, working in databases and responding to the support needs of a staff that are often off-site
Strong computer literacy skills, specifically MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and SharePoint.
Strong data entry skills
Organizational planning skills
Excellent oral and written interpersonal and communication skills required

Proven ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
