Lisa Schaefer joined HCAM in February 2020 as the Human Resources Manager, leading the HR function for the organization. Lisa is a certified HR professional (PHR and SHRM-CP) with more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources, including notable experience in the areas of HR technology, employee relations, recruitment, federal and state compliance, and employee benefits. In April 2021, Lisa was promoted to Vice President, Human Resources.
Fun Fact: When she’s not working, Lisa enjoys scrapbooking and spending time with her husband and four children.
