This program serves Baltimore City residents. As the City’s Medicaid Eligibility Unit, HCAM has been helping residents access and maintain health coverage since 1997.

HCAM provides walk-in assistance for thousands of Baltimore City residents each year. Whether you’re applying for Medicaid for the first time, renewing your coverage, or selecting an MCO, our team is ready to help.

Accessible Support Throughout Baltimore City
We believe healthcare coverage should be easy to access. In addition to providing assistance at HCAM’s offices, our team works in locations throughout Baltimore City to connect residents with enrollment and renewal support closer to where they live.
Through our Parole and Probation Eligibility Program and other community-based partnerships, we provide Medicaid enrollment assistance at multiple sites across the city, helping individuals who may face barriers to accessing coverage.
