Rosalie Hypolite served her community as a member of HCAM’s Eligibility team for 20 years, helping individuals and families access the health coverage and care they deserve. She was known for her kindness, generosity, and unwavering commitment to helping others. Whether supporting clients through challenging moments or encouraging her colleagues, Rosalie understood that meaningful care starts with people.
Today, Rosalie’s Care Circle carries forward her legacy by supporting both Marylanders facing barriers to care and the caregivers who serve them every day—ensuring everyone has the resources they need to thrive.
Why Rosalie’s Care Circle
Every day, HCAM staff help individuals and families navigate complex systems, overcome barriers to care, and access critical resources. Many of the people we serve face urgent needs that cannot be covered through health insurance or other program funding.
At the same time, our caregivers go above and beyond each day—providing guidance, compassion, and steady support in some of life’s most difficult moments.
